This Laguiole en Aubrac 12 cm pocket knife is the epitome of elegance. The pocket knife has been processed by hand to ensure a refined finish for all the stunning pattern work. The knife has double liners, so there is more room for decorations! The spine of the blade, the spring on the back of the handle, and the liners are all beautifully decorated. On top of the front bolster we can find the characteristic Laguiole bee. All of this is done by hand in the Laguiole en Aubrac workshop in the French Aubrac region. The blade is made from stainless Sandvik 12C27 steel. Both the bolsters and the blade have a slightly matted finish. This means the knife isn’t as easily affected by dirty fingerprints. The side of the handle features the characteristic Laguiole shepherd’s cross.
